Shipping Policy
Please read the following carefully to understand the return policy applicable to wefiyers.

Order Cancellation
wefiyers recommends all buyers to reconfirm your address, phone number, order details and other information as soon as possible after placing an order. If your order details are incorrect, our support team can also modify it as long as the order has not been shipped.

Orders that have been shipped (you have received a tracking number) cannot be changed or cancelled. Cancellation cannot be confirmed until you receive a response from our customer support team. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully cancelled.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order after receiving it, if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Shipping Damage:

For damaged or defective items received, please contact us at wefiyers3@gmail.com and provide photos or videos with actual defects, as your problem may be easily solved. Wefiyers support team can provide you with a technical solution. Damage caused by shipping (such as scratches, defective parts) is not a reason for return.

If you received the wrong item:

In rare cases, there can be a mix-up on delivery days. If you received an item you did not order or received the wrong item, please contact us directly and we will correct the error immediately.

Items should be unused and in their original packaging for an exchange.

Returns for new and unused items
We allow you to return new, unopened and unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a refund without a restocking fee. For all returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient. Unless wefiyers makes a shipping error, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund. For used items, we will deduct the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee from the final refund.
